On Sunday afternoon, November 19, 2023 at 2pm, John E. Stephens Chapel will host a memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Bo Joiner, who passed away on November 13, 2023. Officiating the service will be Reverend John E. Stephens, who was requested to conduct the gathering. The visitation will begin at 12:30pm on Sunday, November 19, 2023 and continue until 2:00pm at John E. Stephens Chapel. The funeral service will take place at 2pm.
Mr. Joiner was a resident of Neshoba County Nursing Home at the time of his passing at the age of 74. He had resided in Neshoba County, Mississippi for most of his life and spent much of his time working as an Electrician and Plumber there. He frequented both Good Hope Baptist Church and The Sanctuary as places of worship during his time there.

He enjoyed various pastimes, but two of his absolute favorites were horseback riding and motorcycle riding. His parents, Charlie Lavell Joiner and Nellie B. Moore Joiner, as well as his infant daughter Charlotte Rebecca Joiner, predeceased him. He was the sole surviving member of his immediate family until his death. He is survived by some relatives in Spanish Fort, Alabama, including his son Hardy Joiner and son’s wife Kelsey.
Additionally, he is survived by others. He is also survived by his sisters, Ivanell (Punk) Atkison and Charlene Shoemaker; his brothers, Travis Joiner, Alvis Joiner (Ann), Wayne Joiner (Dell) and Benny Mack Joiner (Debbie); and one niece, Kylie Joiner. Furthermore, he leaves behind a grandson. Moreover, he is survived by one of his grand nieces.
